Polina Kuzmenkova is an internationally recognized Makeup Artist, licensed cosmetologist, beauty expert, educator, and certified international IBJA judge. She is the author and creator of CAM Technique® — Camera-Adaptive Makeup Methodology, developed for professional makeup application in photography, film, television, and digital media.

CAM Technique® (Camera-Adaptive Makeup Technique) is an original professional methodology developed by Polina Kuzmenkova for makeup artists working with camera, light and digital media. It is a structured, camera-centered system designed to explain and control how makeup is perceived, recorded and transformed into a final image on screen. CAM Technique®️ 
The methodology is based on the principle that the camera does not perceive the face in the same way as the human eye. CAM Technique® takes into account optical distortion, changes in perceived depth, light direction and intensity, reflection, pigment behavior and the way digital sensors interpret color.
